We have four main offices throughout England. All our surveyors operate within their catchment area. It is vital that surveyors have local knowledge and experience. This provides our clients with the most up-to-date environmental factors.
We have served many clients that have been directly and will be indirectly affected by the HS2 project. Our local surveyors provided a vast amount of knowledge and understanding on properties that they are purchasing and selling close to the new high-speed rail infrastructure project.
A huge misconception is that surveyors will work out of their catchment area. This is typically not the case, no surveyor will travel over 30 - 40 minutes to complete a pre-purcahse report.
